The Most innovative
Plastic Recycling Park
Creating The Future!

The "IG Swiss Plastic Recycling", which includes various partners from the sectors of plastics collection and plastics recycling, is planning to realise a recycling park for plastics located in Altdorf - in the heart of Switzerland. The first integrated Plastics Sorting Plant for household plastics in Switzerland is to be embedded in this park. In addition, the downstream processing steps (Production of Recycled Raw Materials, Semi-Finished, Product and Waste to Energy) will be integrated at the same location in the medium term.

COLLECTION

SPRP already offers the option of collecting plastic, treating it responsibly and keeping it in the material cycle. Plastic take-back systems are increasingly appreciated and actively used by consumers.

SORTING

SPRP will be one of Europe's largest and most innovative centres (MRF - Material Recovery Facility) for separating and sorting plastic waste mainly from household collection and the first in Switzerland.

PRODUCTION

SPRP wants to be the promoter of a proper circular economy. While investing in mechanical recycling for the remaining non-recyclable heterogeneous plastics we are investing in chemical recycling plants.

Bag sizes of 35, 60 and 110 liters allow any size of household to participate in the collection of plastics produced daily. The purchase price of the collection bag already includes recycling, so returning the full bags is free of charge.

Crane vehicle for collection logistics: for serving municipal collection points. Clean and efficient emptying of collection containers. The crane vehicle is also suitable for small and express transport up to 8 tons.

Tyre | Recycling

We recycle your tyres and scrap. At our facility, we accept everything from bicycle tyres to large dump truck tyres with no size limit, (rubber tracks, forklift tyres to other solid tyres). With the help of the powerful shredder, the oversized tyres are processed into a high-quality mixture,to produce a high-quality granule.

EBS | Materials

We produce substitute fuels (SRF) and/or secondary fuels (SRF) from municipal solid waste, industry and commerce with high calorific value. The production of substitute fuels is used, among other things, for the recovery of recycled materials (waste) that can no longer be recycled.

Through a patented process of processing poly-couples, can be generated a 100% recyclable and 100% waste-derived raw material . By processing PO-AL (plastic-aluminium) poly-coupled elements, a compound is generated that can be incorporated into circular economy processes through the most innovative poly-coupled recovery systems.
